At Fozy Couture, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This page explains everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, tracking, and what to expect once your order has been dispatched.
If you ever need help with shipping, our team is always here to support you.
Standard Delivery
• Estimated time: 2–4 working days
• Tracked service
• You’ll receive email updates once shipped
Next Day Delivery
• Order before 11am
• Delivered the next working day
• Not available weekends or bank holidays
Note: Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/text:
• a dispatch confirmation
• a tracking link
• courier updates as your parcel moves
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3–4 days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Delays
Sometimes delays happen due to:
• weather or courier issues
• customs checks
• high seasonal volumes
We always monitor shipments and will support you if your parcel is delayed.
We process orders quickly so we can get them to you as soon as possible. Because of this, it may not always be possible to cancel or change your order once it has been placed.
If you need to make a change (such as updating your address, size, or item), please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to make changes. In that case, you can follow our returns process once it arrives.
We’re always happy to help and will do our best wherever we can.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:
• your order number
• photos (if damaged)
• tracking details if available
We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve it for you.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available:
• the courier may leave a card
• the courier may try again or deliver to a local collection point
Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur re-delivery fees.
