If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return using our online returns portal.

Once we review your request, we’ll email you with instructions.
You can request a return through our online returns portal. Simply enter your accounts login and order number, choose the item you’d like to return, and submit the request.
We’ll email you once it has been reviewed.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to raise are quest to return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags still attached.
A further 14 days from return approval to return the item.
For UK customers, a £2.85 return fee is deducted from your refund.
For international customers, return postage must be arranged and paid for by the sender.
We currently don’t offer automatic exchanges.
Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you prefer.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 2–10 working days to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us straight away with your order number and photos.
We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
