Our promise is to make every step easy, honest, and stress-free.

Orders

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

When it ships, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after dispatch, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll help.

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes are not always possible.

If you need to cancel, change the size, address or item, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been processed, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to update the address.

If it has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change it and Fozy Couture cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.


We usually ship everything together, but sometimes items may be sent separately depending on stock and dispatch times.

If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking emails and there will be no extra cost.

We’re really sorry if this happens.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel, include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Products & Stock

Most of our pieces are designed to fit comfortably without feeling tight.

We recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements and fit notes.

If you're unsure, message us and we’ll help you choose the best size for your height and body shape.


Popular styles sometimes return, but many designs are made in limited runs.

If something you like is out of stock, click “Notify Me” on the product page or contact us and we’ll let you know if a restock is planned.

We try to photograph every item as accurately as possible.

However, lighting, fabric texture, and your screen settings can slightly affect how a color appears.

If you need clarification, you are always welcome to ask.

We carefully choose fabrics with modesty in mind.

Most pieces are either lined or designed to provide comfortable coverage. We do advise caution on lighter colours

If a product is sheer or requires layering, we clearly mention it in the description.

Unfortunately, we can’t hold or reserve items.

Adding something to your basket does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed.

If you love it, we always recommend checking out quickly to avoid missing out.

Technical

Simply log into your account and click the 'addresses' option. From here you can either create a new one or edit an existing one.

Our store uses secure encryption to protect your details.

We never store your full card details and we do not share your information with third parties for marketing without consent.

Sometimes emails land in the spam or promotions folder.

If you still don’t see it after 10 minutes, check your bank to see if payment was taken, then contact us so we can check your order.

Care & Washing

We recommend washing most items on a gentle cycle at 30°C.

Turn garments inside out and wash with similar colours to help preserve fabric and detailing.

Always check the care label on each item first.

We do not recommend tumble drying most pieces.

High heat can shrink fabrics, damage embellishments, and affect the shape.

For best results, lay garments flat or hang them to air dry.

Many of our fabrics are low-crease.

If ironing is needed, use a low to medium heat setting and avoid direct heat on embellishments.

A handheld steamer works really well and helps keep garments looking fresh.

Turn the garment inside out before washing.

Use a gentle cycle or hand wash, and avoid scrubbing the decorated areas.

If you’re unsure, dry cleaning is the safest option.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return through our online returns portal.

Enter your email and follow the steps to login, choose the item from your orders, and submit your request.

We’ll review it and email you the next steps.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

For UK customers, a £2.85 return fee is deducted from your refund.

International customers arrange and pay for their own return shipping.


Once your return is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within

2–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We don’t currently offer automatic exchanges.

Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you prefer.

Contact Us


You can reach us by email, WhatsApp, or through our contact form.

All contact details are listed on our Contact Us page, and we’ll always do our best to respond quickly.

We may, at our discretion, restrict or block a customer account if we believe our Returns Policy, Website Terms of Use, or Terms and Conditions of Sale have been breached. This may include situations where items are returned used, worn, or missing, or where products from cancelled orders are not returned.

If we suspect fraudulent behaviour, such as repeated claims of non-delivery, returning items that appear to have been used, or sending back items that do not match the original order, we may withhold refunds and restrict your account (and any related accounts) from placing future orders. If this happens and you believe it is an error, please contact us so we can review the situation together.

If your account is restricted and you need to make a genuine return, please get in touch and we will advise on how to proceed. In some cases, you may be responsible for the cost of returning items.

We also reserve the right to take legal action where fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.


We aim to reply within 1–24 hours on working days.

During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we always try to help as soon as possible.

You’re welcome to reach out via Instagram or Tiktok, but for anything order-related we recommend contacting us through the website or email.

This ensures we have all the details and can track your request properly.

Delivery

UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Next day delivery will be dispatched same day for orders placed before 10.30am

We’ll email you a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and shipping method.

For standard UK delivery £3.99 or free on orders over £22

Yes, next-day delivery applies to orders placed before our cut-off time of 10.30am weekdays and excludes weekends and public holidays.

The courier may leave a card, attempt delivery again, or take your parcel to a local collection point.

Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery charge.
