Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Fozy Couture may accept or decline an order at its discretion.
Your order is confirmed only when payment has been processed and a confirmation email is issued. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Where changes cannot be made, our Returns Policy applies.
Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at checkout is the price applicable at the time of purchase, excluding shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise Fozy Couture to charge your chosen payment method. You confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Fozy Couture is not responsible for courier delays, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.
Once goods have been transferred to the courier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is owned by Fozy Couture or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

25. PayPal
